Standard warranties do not require registration.  Your acceptance of delivery of our completed work is the beginning of the warranty periods.  If we are unable to warrant any work on any item requested of us due to underlying defects or limitations of the item, we will notify you that these warranties will be excluded in advance of performing the work.

 

Residential Workmanship Warranty:

A Workmanship Warranty is extended for a period of five (5) years for the upholstery work undertaken. Seam slippage, stitching, zippers, padding, attachment (tacking, stapling) and spring work performed by us, are included.  Boothe’s Son Upholstering Co., LLC’s sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement, at our discretion or as otherwise agreed with you, of any part or parts covered by this warranty and found to be defective.

 

Commercial/Office Workmanship Warranty:

A Workmanship Warranty is extended for a period of one (1) year for the upholstery work undertaken. Seam slippage, stitching, zippers, padding, attachment (tacking, stapling) and spring work performed by us, are included.  Boothe’s Son Upholstering Co., LLC’s sole obligation under this warranty is repair or replacement, at our discretion or as otherwise agreed with you, of any part or parts covered by this warranty and found to be defective.

*We do not cover damage by 3rd party movers, or your “cousins pickup truck” moving company.

**Warranties do not cover intentional damage, animal destruction/wear, abuse, misuse or mishandling of furniture after it has been delivered.  It applies to normal wear and is meant to cover any defects in workmanship that may cause improper wear.

 

Fabric:

Since manufacturers of upholstery fabrics do not guarantee products for wearing quality, color fastness, fabric shrinkage, fiber migration, pilling, wrinkling or stretching, these properties are not covered under this warranty.  Please note that any indicators of durability are average results achieved through manufacturer testing therefore we cannot personally guarantee the specifications listed.
